The First Time Was When Someone Believed I Could Be Someone Big & Out Of Reach & Would Not Recognize Her In Future So She Took My Autograph...

The Second One Was Yesterday When We Were Shooting In Real Location, Dont Know If I Should Be Happy For That Autograph Or Sad.

Happy Because The Small Kids Who Took Autograph Were Taking Every Crew Members Autograph Even The Production Guys Who Generally Go Unrecognised Were Asked For Autograph. Every Crew Member Was A Star & Negative Response For The Kids Was  Impossible They Wouldnt Move Without An Autograph & Wont Let Them Work Till They Sign An Autograph.

Feeling Sad Because These Kids Dont Know Whose Autograph They Are Taking They Must Be Told By Their Parents Or Some Elders To Take Autograph And The Clean Hearted Children Just Go From Person To Person To Make Them Sign An Autograph. 

It Establishes That This Industry Is So Glamorous For People Who Are Not From  This Industry & For People Who Work Here Only They Know How Deglamorous Their Job Is & How Much Hard Work They Have To Do Which These Kids Would Never Know. 

The Only People Who Would Work In This Industry Would Be People Who Are Madly Obsessed By Their Work Or The People Who Have No Work At All, This Industry Has No Middle Path, Very Few Enjoy Both Work Pleasure & Money Others Work Only For Either Or, On A Personal Note I Would Never Suggest Any Of My Close Ones To Join This Industry Because I Know Under What Conditions This Industry Works & Would Always Want My Close Ones To Be Away From This Industry.

• As  Sanskrit Defines "Pra" As Complete Source. I Didn't Wanted To Loose The Sanskrit Aspect Of The Word So I Choose A Font That Defines & Symbolizes Clearly The Relation Between The Word (PRA).

• Net : An Important Aspect Of My Name(Part Of Name) & Surname (Ancestral Profession)

• When I Came Up With This Idea Of Making Artwork Of My Name It Was Very Very Clear That Artwork Should Have "Net" In It, As Its An Important & Integral Part Of  My Ancestral Profession That Was Followed Till Generation Of My Grand Parents  Which Was Used To Catch Fish.

• Today Working In Entertainment Industry & Trying To Incorporate Information Technology In This Field Even I Am Dependent On "Net" (Internet).

• The Difference Is, My Ancestors Would Catch Fish With Net & I Catch Information With Net.

• According To Few Theories The Name "Koli" Came From The Fact That The Nets Fishermen  Used Had Deep Resemblance To The Web Of A Spider.

Two Lists You Should Look At Every Morning

I Was Late For My Meeting With The CEO Of A Technology Company And I Was Emailing Him From My Blackberry As I Walked Onto The Elevator In His Company's Office Building. I Stayed Focused On The Screen As I Rode To The Sixth Floor. I Was Still Typing With My Thumbs When The Elevator Doors Opened And I Walked Out Without Looking Up. Then I Heard A Voice Behind Me, "Wrong Floor." I Looked Back At The Man Who Was Holding The Door Open For Me To Get Back In; It Was The CEO, A Big Smile On His Face. He Had Been In The Elevator With Me The Whole Time. "Busted," He Said.

The World Is Moving Fast And It's Only Getting Faster. So Much Technology. So Much Information. So Much To Understand, To Think About, To React To. A Friend Of Mine Recently Took A New Job As The Head Of Learning And Development At A Mid-Sized Investment Bank. When She Came To Work Her First Day On The Job She Turned On Her Computer, Logged In With The Password They Had Given Her, And Found 385 Messages Already Waiting For Her.

So We Try To Speed Up To Match The Pace Of The Action Around Us. We Stay Up Until 3 Am Trying To Answer All Our Emails. We Twitter, We Facebook, And We Link-In. We Scan News Websites Wanting To Make Sure We Stay Up To Date On The Latest Updates. And We Salivate Each Time We Hear The Beep Or Vibration Of A New Text Message.

But That's A Mistake. The Speed With Which Information Hurtles Towards Us Is Unavoidable (And It's Getting Worse). But Trying To Catch It All Is Counterproductive. The Faster The Waves Come, The More Deliberately We Need To Navigate. Otherwise We'll Get Tossed Around Like So Many Particles Of Sand, Scattered To Oblivion. Never Before Has It Been So Important To Be Grounded And Intentional And To Know What's Important.

Never Before Has It Been So Important To Say "No." No, I'm Not Going To Read That Article. No, I'm Not Going To Read That Email. No, I'm Not Going To Take That Phone Call. No, I'm Not Going To Sit Through That Meeting.

It's Hard To Do Because Maybe, Just Maybe, That Next Piece Of Information Will Be The Key To Our Success. But Our Success Actually Hinges On The Opposite: On Our Willingness To Risk Missing Some Information. Because Trying To Focus On It All Is A Risk In Itself. We'll Exhaust Ourselves. We'll Get Confused, Nervous, And Irritable. And We'll Miss The CEO Standing Next To Us In The Elevator.

A Study Of Car Accidents By The Virginia Tech Transportation Institute Put Cameras In Cars To See What Happens Right Before An Accident. They Found That In 80% Of Crashes The Driver Was Distracted During The Three Seconds Preceding The Incident. The World Is Changing Fast And If We Don't Stay Focused On The Road Ahead, Resisting The Distractions That, While Tempting, Are, Well, Distracting, Then We Increase The Chances Of A Crash.

Now Is A Good Time To Pause, Prioritize, And Focus. Make Two Lists:

List 1: Your Focus List (The Road Ahead)

What Are You Trying To Achieve? What Makes You Happy? What's Important To You? Design Your Time Around Those Things. Because Time Is Your One Limited Resource And No Matter How Hard You Try You Can't Work 25/8.

List 2: Your Ignore List (The Distractions)

To Succeed In Using Your Time Wisely, You Have To Ask The Equally Important But Often Avoided Complementary Questions: What Are You Willing Not To Achieve? What Doesn't Make You Happy? What's Not Important To You? What Gets In The Way?

Some People Already Have The First List. Very Few Have The Second. But Given How Easily We Get Distracted And How Many Distractions We Have These Days, The Second Is More Important Than Ever. The Leaders Who Will Continue To Thrive In The Future Know The Answers To These Questions And Each Time There's A Demand On Their Attention They Ask Whether It Will Further Their Focus Or Dilute It.

Which Means You Shouldn't Create These Lists Once And Then Put Them In A Drawer. These Two Lists Are Your Map For Each Day. Review Them Each Morning, Along With Your Calendar, And Ask: What's The Plan For Today? Where Will I Spend My Time? How Will It Further My Focus? How Might I Get Distracted? Then Find The Courage To Follow Through, Make Choices, And Maybe Disappoint A Few People.

After The CEO Busted Me In The Elevator, He Told Me About The Meeting He Had Just Come From. It Was A Gathering Of All The Finalists, Of Which He Was One, For The Title Of Entrepreneur Of The Year. This Was An Important Meeting For Him — As It Was For Everyone Who Aspired To The Title (The Judges Were All In Attendance) — And Before He Entered He Had Made Two Explicit Decisions: 1. To Focus On The Meeting Itself And 2. Not To Check His Blackberry.

What Amazed Him Was That He Was The Only One Not Glued To A Mobile Device. Were All The Other Ceos Not Interested In The Title? Were Their Businesses So Dependent On Them That They Couldn't Be Away For One Hour? Is Either Of Those A Smart Thing To Communicate To The Judges?

There Was Only One Thing That Was Most Important In That Hour And There Was Only One CEO Whose Behavior Reflected That Importance, Who Knew Where To Focus And What To Ignore. Whether Or Not He Eventually Wins The Title, He's Already Winning The Game…..

4. My Fourth Guru Would Be Mr. Abhishek Chaugule.Who Taught Me The Minutes Of Computer Hardware And More Than A Guru He Was A Friend And A Guide Because He Always Encouraged Me To Experiment On Different Hardware Combinations  And Different Software's.

5. My Fifth Guru Would Be A Professor From My Collage Who Nearly Broke Me Mentally, Whose Deed I Would Not Reveal Anytime Soon But I Know I Still Work In "IT" Field To Prove Him That I Donot Need People Like Him To Teach Me Technology If He Cant Go Beyond Books..........

6. My Sixth Guru Would Be Mr. Atul Deo With Whom I Worked 2 yrs. He Brought Me To The World Of Events With Him I Learned "To Work In This Industry You Have To Be Ready To Work 120 hrs At A Stretch And Be Ready To Work At Any Position During This 120 Hrs Stretch, Be It Event Executive/Event Manager/ Coordinator/ Assistant / Spot, In Short Be Ready To Lead Or Even To Sweep During Live Events, He Unleashed My Strategy Making And Management Skills That I Enjoy Today".

My Seventh Guru Would Be My Friends Who Misguided Me To Go Against Everyone Who Supported Me And Then I Got To See My Rock Bottom Of My Life That Span Taught Me That You Just Have To Trust Yourself And Not Depend On Others If You Are Doing Something Big You Should Not Leap Forward If You Donot Trust Yourself More Than Anybody And In That Span I Got To Know Who My Best Friends Were And Who Were There Just To Hang Around.

The Confidence And Faith He Puts On Me Boost My Confidence To Another Level.

Captain Vikram Batra Was Awarded The Param Vir Chakra, India's Highest Military Honor On 15 August 1999, The 52nd Anniversary Of India's Independence. His Father Mr. G.L. Batra Received The Honor For His Deceased Son From The President Of India, The Late K.R. Narayanan.
Captain Vikram Batra, 13 JAK Rifles, And His Delta Company Was Given The Task Of Recapturing Point 5140. Nicknamed Lion King ('Sher Shah' In Hindi) For His Unstinting Courage, He Decided To Lead The Rear, As An Element Of Surprise Would Help Stupefy The Enemy. He And His Men Ascended The Sheer Rock-Cliff, But As The Group Neared The Top, The Enemy Pinned Them On The Face Of The Bare Cliff With Machine Gun Fire. Captain Batra, Along With Five Of His Men, Climbed Up Regardless And After Reaching The Top, Hurled Two Grenades At The Machine Gun Post. He Single-Handedly Killed Three Enemy Soldiers In Close Combat. He Was Seriously Injured During This, But Insisted On Regrouping His Men To Continue With The Mission. Inspired By The Courage Displayed By Captain Batra, The Soldiers Of 13 JAK Rifles Charged The Enemy Position And Captured Point 5140 At 3:30 A.M. On 20 June 1999. His Company Is Credited With Killing At Least Eight Pakistani Soldiers And Recovering A Heavy Machine Gun.
The Capture Of Point 5140 Set In Motion A String Of Successes, Such As Point 5100, Point 4700, Junction Peak And Three Pimples. Along With Fellows Captain Anuj Nayyar And Rfl Sanjay Kumar(PVC), Batra Led His Men To Victory With The Recapture Of Point 4750 And Point 4875. He Was Killed When He Tried To Rescue An Injured Officer During An Enemy Counterattack Against Point 4875 In The Early Morning Hours Of 7 July 1999. His Last Words Were, "Jai Mata Di." (Which Means In English 'Hail The Divine Mother'). For His Sustained Display Of The Most Conspicuous Personal Bravery And Leadership Of The Highest Order In The Face Of The Enemy, Captain Vikram Batra Was Awarded The Param Vir Chakra.

(Bengali: বঙ্কিমচন্দ্র চট্টোপাধ্যায় Bôngkim Chôndro Chôţţopaddhae) (26 June 1838 – 8 April 1894) was a Bengali writer, poet and journalist. He was the composer of India’s national song Vande Mataram, originally a Sanskrit stotra personifying India as a mother goddess and inspiring the activists during the Indian Freedom Movement. Bankim Chandra wrote 13 novels and several ‘serious, serio-comic, satirical, scientific and critical treaties’ in Bengali. His works were widely translated into other regional languages of India as well as in English.


Bankim Chandra was born to an orthodox Brahmin family at Kanchrapara, North 24 Parganas. He was educated at Hoogly College and Presidency College, Calcutta. He was one of the first graduates of the University of Calcutta. From 1858, until his retirement in 1891, he served as a deputy magistrate and deputy collector in the Government of British India.


Chatterjee is widely regarded as a key figure in literary renaissance of Bengal as well as India. Some of his writings, including novels, essays and commentaries, were a breakaway from traditional verse-oriented Indian writings, and provided an inspiration for authors across India.


When Bipin Chandra Pal decided to start a patriotic journal in August 1906, he named it Bande Mataram, after Chatterjee's song. Lala Lajpat Rai also published a journal of the same name.

The only novel of Chatterjee that can truly be considered historical fiction is Rajsimha (1881, rewritten and enlarged 1893). Anandamath (The Abbey of Bliss, 1882) is a political novel which depicts a Sannyasi (Hindu ascetic) army fighting the soldiers of the Muslim Nawab of Murshidabad. The book calls for the rise of Hindu nationalism to uproot the foreign Turko-Afghan Muslim rule of Bengal and put forth as a temporary alternative the East India Company till Hindus were fit for Self Rule. The novel was also the source of the song Vande Mataram (I worship the Motherland as Mother) which, set to music by Rabindranath Tagore, was taken up by many Indian nationalists, and is now the National Song of India. The novel is loosely based on the time of the Sannyasi Rebellion, however in the actual rebellion, Hindus sannyasis and Muslim fakirs both rebelled against the British East India Company. The novel first appeared in serial form in Bangadarshan.

Yet Today Very Few People Remember "Vande Mataram" And Forget To Honour The Legend And The Poet Who Wrote For Mother India And Not To Welcome Some Britisher.......

What Is Lunar Eclipse?




A lunar eclipse occurs when the moon passes behind the earth so that the earth blocks the sun's rays from striking the moon. This can occur only when the Sun, Earth, and Moon are aligned exactly, or very closely so, with the Earth in the middle. Hence, there is always a full moon the night of a lunar eclipse. The type and length of an eclipse depend upon the Moon's location relative to its orbital nodes. The most recent total lunar eclipse occurred on December 21, 2010, at 08:17 UTC.[1] The next total lunar eclipse on Today June 15, 2011 will be a central eclipse, visible over Europe and south America after sunset, over Africa and most of Asia, and Australia before sunrise.


Unlike a solar eclipse, which can only be viewed from a certain relatively small area of the world, a lunar eclipse may be viewed from anywhere on the night side of the Earth. A lunar eclipse lasts for a few hours, whereas a total solar eclipse lasts for only a few minutes at any given place. Some lunar eclipses have been associated with important historical events.



















The longest and darkest total lunar eclipse of the century will occur today, giving sky enthusiasts all over the country an opportunity to witness the event.


An unusually long lunar eclipse with the Moon immersed deeply inside the umbral (darker) shadow of the Earth will occur today, Nehru Planetarium Director N Rathnasree said.


"The total phase of this lunar eclipse will last 100 minutes. The last eclipse to exceed this duration was in July 2000," she said.


The next such eclipse will only take place in 2141.


The total lunar eclipse will begin at 00:52:30 IST and end at 02:32:42 IST. The partial eclipse, meanwhile, will begin at 23:52:56 IST and end at 03:32:15 IST.


The eclipse will be visible completely in Africa and Central Asia. It will be visible rising over South America, Western Africa and Europe, and seen setting over Eastern Asia, and Australia, C B Devgun from Science Popularisation Association of Communicators and Educators (SPACE) said.


The magnitude of one of the relatively rare total lunar eclipse will be 1.70, N Sri Raghunandan Kumar of Planetary Society of India said.


The next lunar eclipse to be viewed in India will be in December this year.
Also, a star named 51 Ophiuchi will be occulted during the eclipse.


Sky enthusiasts can witness the whole sequence of the occultation in the zodiacal constellation of Ophiuchus.


At 11:29 PM today, the Moon will occult (hide) behind the star 51 Ophiuchi. The star will reappear after 90 minutes at 01:01 AM of June 16, Kumar said.


A lunar eclipse occurs when the Earth, in course of its orbit around the Sun, comes between the Moon and Sun in such a way that Moon is hidden in the shadow cast by Earth.


This can occur only when the Sun, Earth, and Moon are aligned in a straight line.


Vigyan Prasar, Department of Science and Technology, along with the Nehru Planetarium and the Children's Resource Centre of the Nehru Memorial Museum and Library will be organising an all-night lunar eclipse 'Moon Carnival' for all interested sky enthusiasts in the Capital today.


Scientific groups are gearing up students, space enthusiasts and tourists for today's cosmic event."The lunar eclipse on June 15 is the longest and darkest total lunar eclipse that will occur in the 21st century, and will not be surpassed in duration until 2141. So, we are trying our best to popularise the event," Nehru Planetarium Director N Rathnasree told PTI.


Moon observation will start well ahead of the eclipse, she said, adding participants will be encouraged to learn and identify lunar features.


This will help them determine precise timings of the immersion of the various lunar craters in the umbral shadow of the Earth, during the eclipse, she added.


The enthusiasts will also witness some of the brighter stars of the constellation Ophiuccus being occulted by the Moon, before and during the eclipse, she said.


Science Popularisation Association of Communicators and Educators (SPACE), an NGO, is working to break the myths and superstitions associated with the celestial phenomenon.


Many people still believe that eating food during eclipse harms the body. SPACE will encourage eating during the eclipse and then reporting the condition of your health before and after the phenomena. This cumulative report will be sent to UNESCO, SPACE PRO Mila Mitra told PTI.


Avid photographers will capture the celestial treat on camera and contribute the images to a collective pool. A live webcast of the eclipse will be shown on the SPACE website.

Prithviraj Kapoor Would Look Into A Mirror As Tall As Himself Before Each Shot. When Asif Asked Him Why He Did So, He Replied, "I Do So To Get Under The Skin Of The Character."

Pyaar  Kiya To Dakna Kya  Sequence Takes Place In The Sheesh Mahal (Palace Of Mirrors) Of The Lahore Fort, Where Anarkali Dances For The Mughal Emperor And His Court, Singing Pyar Kiya To Darna Kya, "I Have Loved, So What Is There To Fear?" This Song Was One Of Three Sequences Shot In Technicolor, While The Rest Of The Movie Was In Black And White. The Singing Is, Of Course, Playback Singing By Lata Mangeshkar And Lip-Synched By Madhubala.

One Version Of The Story States That Asif Confined Himself To The Set For Days On End In Various Standing, Sitting And Lying Down Positions Until He Could Find That Single Spot Where The Problem Was Rectified And The Immortal Pyar Kiya Tau Darna Kya Was Filmed………..
